• Engage in monthly, quarterly, and yearly consolidation processes for financial and management reporting.
• Review reporting information from divisional accounting teams, reconcile intercompany transactions, and manage investment in subsidiary activities.
• Identify material variances, seek explanations, and correct discrepancies.
• Prepare various consolidations, including recording eliminating entries (intercompany investments and transactions).
• Verify and calculate consolidation adjustments and entries.
• Prepare supporting schedules and other necessary deliverables.
• Document all consolidation-related journal entries as changes occur.
• Assist in budget and forecast processes, collaborating with business groups on timelines.
• Load and consolidate data into OneStream, maintaining GL account mappings and other dimensions.
• Perform administrative tasks related to OneStream, including loading data from ERP systems.
• Maintain existing OneStream reports and develop new reports as needed.
• Provide support for OneStream by performing tests and analyses to ensure continuous development and user support.
• Meet internal and external deadlines by demonstrating strong organizational skills and effective prioritization.
• Proactively identify issues and implement process improvements to streamline processes.
• Handle ad hoc requests, special projects, and analyses as necessary.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with business unit accounting and finance staff.

Requirements :

• 5+ years of administrator role experience in OneStream or similar consolidation software.
• Experience with Microsoft SharePoint.
• Experience with Newstar or Yardi.
• Intermediate knowledge of MicrosoftExcel.
• Undergraduate university degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Working toward (or completion of) CPA designation or relevant experience / knowledge.
