Our well-established and industry-leading client is looking for a driven Senior Accountant to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis! Reporting to the Controller, you will be responsible for supporting their financial reporting requirements up to and including financial statement preparation and analysis. As the Senior Accountant, you will play an important role in analyzing financial data, ensuring compliance, and enhancing internal processes and policies – all while contributing to the organization's continued success! Main responsibilities include:

• Prepare financial analysis, including financial statements, accounts, and job cost analysis
• Develop or enhance tools to monitor KPI’s for use in managing day-to-day operations
• Develop and maintain reporting and internal control procedures (i.e., inventory counts, reconciliations, purchase order commitments, etc.)
• Support annual external audit
• Assist in regular compliance matters as required

Qualifications

The main qualifications for this role include:

• A CPA designation, complete or in progress, is preferred
