Job summary

RLB LLP in Ontario is seeking a Senior Accountant to lead compilation engagements across diverse industries and mentor junior staff. You will collaborate closely with clients to ensure timely, accurate financials while upholding high professional standards.

Qualifications

• CPA designation (or close to it!)
• Public accounting experience in compilations or Assurance
• Experience with Caseware, TaxPrep, and Microsoft Office tools would be a bonus
• A collaborative mindset and strong client relationship skills
• A curiosity-driven approach to learning and problem-solving
• A love for mentoring and working on dynamic teams

In this role, you'll lead and execute compilation engagements across a wide range of industries, coach junior team members, and work directly with clients to provide top-notch service.

The Fine Print

Location: In-office, or hybrid in one of our offices.

Hours: Full-time permanent. Paid Overtime available.

Pay Range: $60,000 - $95,000

Compensation within the advertised range is based on factors such as experience, qualifications, and professional designations. RLB LLP recognizes that candidates may not fit precisely within a predefined range; therefore, final compensation will reflect the full breadth of skills, experience, and expertise the individual brings to the role.
