Job description

What Youll Do :

General Accounting : Manage and oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP), ensuring timely invoicing and payment processing. Monitor cash flow, prepare weekly AR reviews, and process vendor payments.

Financial Reporting & Compliance : Prepare and analyze financial statements, conduct P&L reviews, and ensure compliance with accounting principles and tax regulations.

Month-End Close : Lead the month-end closing process, reconcile balance sheet accounts, and ensure accurate financial records.

Payroll Management : Process semi-monthly payroll, remit payroll taxes, and collaborate with the People & Culture team on payroll updates.

Budgeting & Forecasting : Support the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting process, providing financial insights and recommendations.

Audit & Tax Compliance : Prepare working papers for audits, manage tax filings, and liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies.

Process Improvement & Coaching : Assess internal controls, recommend improvements, and mentor junior accounting staff.

What Were Looking For :

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA designation preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, and audit preparation.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and compliance.
  • Experience with multi-entity operations across various countries is a plus.
  • Nice to have : Experience in preparing consolidated financial statements.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (Epicor, Sage 50) and advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
