We’re seeking a Senior Accountant with cost accounting experience to join our tight-knit finance team.

This full-time, permanent role reports to the Controller and plays a key role in evaluating costs, improving profitability, and supporting key financial decisions.

What You’ll Do

• Monitor and analyze production / project costs; investigate variances
• Prepare cost reports and assist with sales tracking and job profitability
• Analyze inventory and support cycle count reviews
• Assist with AR / AP functions and customer account reconciliations
• Support internal controls, audits, budgeting, and month-end reporting

What You Bring

• Post-secondary education in Accounting or Finance; CPA or in progress an asset
• 3–5 years of accounting experience (manufacturing and cost analysis preferred)
• Strong Excel and accounting software skills (QuickBooks Enterprise a plus)
• Analytical mindset, accuracy, and proactive problem-solving
• Able to prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
