Responsibilities :

  • Prepare and review working papers, financial statements, and corporate tax returns for a diverse portfolio of clients.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of review and audit engagements.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of personal and corporate tax filings.
  • Provide advisory support to clients on accounting, tax planning, and compliance matters.
  • Mentor junior staff and assist with the development of their technical and client service skills.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Liaise with clients in a professional and responsive manner to build lasting relationships and trust.

Skills and Experience :

  • Accounting Expertise : Minimum of 3–5 years of public practice experience, with strong proficiency in preparing financial statements and tax returns.
  • Technical Skills : Familiarity with CaseWare, TaxPrep, and QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
  • Analytical Ability : Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, particularly in identifying accounting or tax issues.
  • Communication : Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills with a client-centric mindset.
  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA designation (or in final stages) is preferred but not mandatory.
