Job Description

We’re looking for someone ready to bring precision, insight, and collaboration to a high-performing environment. In this role, you’ll be driving the finance team forward as you take ownership of financial reporting, maintain and develop reconciliations, and aid in the daily transaction processing. You’ll help keep records sharp, analyze financial data, and uphold the gold standard of compliance. The ideal candidate is detail-driven, fluent in financial systems, and thrives in cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Payable & Receivable—Handle invoice processing, payment tracking, and collections to ensure smooth, timely transactions across entities
  • Record-Keeping & Ledger Management—Update and maintain general ledger accounts with accuracy to reflect the financial health of both corporate and subsidiary operations
  • Account Reviews & Discrepancy Resolution—Conduct detailed bank, intercompany, and account reconciliations to detect and resolve inconsistencies
  • Financial Statement Support—Contribute to the creation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports that capture business performance
  • Strategic Financial Planning—Assist with preparing budgets and projections that fuel the organization's future growth and strategy
  • Internal & External Coordination—Provide timely documentation and support during audits to help ensure compliance and transparency
  • Efficiency Enhancements—Recommend and contribute to improvements in financial workflows, systems, and reporting accuracy
Qualifications:
  • CPA, or close to completing CPA
  • Bachelor degree in accounting, finance, or business administration
  • 2+ years experience in accounting environment, prior exposure to gathering, organizing, and inputting information is an asset
