Senior Accountant

Vaco is working with a specialty manufacturing company located in the Cherry Hill area that is looking for a Senior Accountant. We are looking for someone to help drive the month end close including complex account reconciliations and journal entries. This person will help provide support, data retrieval, and documents for audits, reviews, and tax filings.

We are looking for someone with strong GAAP and IFRS knowledge, particularly in the areas of revenue recognition and expenses related to cost of goods sold (COGS) in the manufacturing industry. Any experience with cost accounting and inventory accounting in the manufacturing industry and large ERP experience would be great. This person will also help upper management with evaluating, documenting, and fine tuning the internal controls and reporting processes.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company with several revenue producing products already in the market and a strong pipeline in development. Base salary is up to $120,000 for the right person plus a 10% bonus and a good 401k match plan. This is a very hybrid role with only one day in the office per week.
