Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Senior Accountant for a 3 month contract. This is a hybrid opportunity, with the expectation to be on site 2 days a week in downtown Calgary. Responsibilities include assisting with account reconciliations for complex customers, supporting the collections team, assisting with cash applications and supporting with analysis, process documentation and reporting. Advanced to expert level Excel skills are crucial in this role!

Skills and Requirements

• 5+ years experience as an Accountant

• Extensive experience working with high volume data.

• Advanced to expert Excel skills (sorting, VLOOKUP's, Pivot Tables, matching)

• Extensive experience with reconciliations and analysis

• Comfortable auditing amounts and support within reconciliations to get accounts adjusted and cleaned up

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a go-getter who is not afraid to get their hands dirty!

• CPA preferred null
