As an ISV Sales Representative, you will drive revenue, adoption, and market penetration in Independent Software Vendor accounts. Execute against territory plans and consistently deliver on quarterly targets, engaging CXO-level executives as well as developers and architects.
You will drive revenue and market share in a defined territory, meet or exceed quarterly targets, and develop comprehensive account/territory plans. You’ll create and articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services and manage contract negotiations.
Your responsibilities include identifying potential AWS Software competency partners, maintaining a robust pipeline, and building long-term strategic relationships with key accounts. Moderate travel to customer sites and partner events is expected.

The base salary for this position ranges from $111,300/year up to $185,800/year, plus bonus and equity. Amazon offers a full suite of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, parental leave, and flexible work arrangements.
