To strengthen our team and development, we are looking for an Account Manager in Ontario or Quebec, Canada. CIPEM, a subsidiary of ICAPE Group, focuses on custom-made technical parts in more than 10 families for many sectors of industry.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect potential customers and win new customers to achieve the sales target.
  • Follow existing customers and increase our business with them.
  • Areas: East Canada.
  • Prepare quotations and carry-on commercial negotiations with customers.
  • Coordinate the communication between our customers and our different departments (Sales Assistant, Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, customer service).
  • Lead customer communication and problem solving in coordination with other departments.
  • Organize and participate in exhibitions, business trips to visit and meet customers.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction survey and assist in analyzing and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with customers.
  • Report frequently to the management about the sales results, target achievements, and business opportunities.
  • Use, update, and record all developments with prospects and customers on the CRM.
