We’re a small, fast growing remote team of around 35 team members from around the world, composed of dedicated and talented individuals with a core focus on engineering and product.
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Account Manager to own and deepen customer relationships, drive renewals, and unlock expansion opportunities for our enterprise customers. This role is critical in ensuring our customers maximize the value of Voiceflow’s platform by delivering successful AI agents, identifying new use cases, and building long-term, consultative partnerships. The Account Manager, Enterprise will report directly to the Head of Revenue.
As the Account Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping our customer relationships and driving sustainable revenue growth. Your strategic vision, consultative approach, and expertise in conversational AI will ensure Voiceflow remains a trusted partner as our customers innovate and scale their use of AI agents.
