In this role, you’ll take the lead on high-value pharmaceutical accounts, guiding complex programs from idea to impact—while mentoring rising stars and helping our agency grow.

What You’ll Be Doing

Client & Relationship Management

  • Serve as the go-to advisor for key healthcare / pharma clients (managing $500K+ annual revenue).
  • Build strong, long-term relationships grounded in trust, delivery, and strategic value.
  • Develop account retention plans and uncover new growth opportunities within existing clients.
  • Lead client onboarding, business reviews, and the day-to-day touchpoints that keep relationships strong.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Account Directors on RFPs, pitch decks, and business development.

Project Leadership & Execution

  • Own full lifecycle execution of complex experiential programs—live, virtual, or hybrid.
  • Align cross-functional teams to ensure all deliverables hit the mark and timelines stay intact.
  • Liaise with Estimating, Field Services, and Fulfillment to ensure nothing gets missed.
  • Navigate event logistics, compliance, and show regulations with ease.
  • Financial Oversight

  • Take full ownership of project budgets, aiming for a 40%+ gross margin.
  • Confidently scope and price repeat programs; partner with Estimating on new initiatives.
  • Keep project records clean—from quoting to invoicing—using internal tools and systems.
  • Work closely with Finance to ensure smooth, accurate billing and account health.
  • Leadership & Mentorship

  • Coach and develop Account Managers and Coordinators—you’re a role model and mentor.
  • Help create development plans, foster a growth-minded team culture, and support internal promotions.
  • Share best practices and collaborate cross-functionally to raise the bar across the team.
  • Assist in onboarding and growing the department as new talent joins.
  • What You Bring To The Table

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 2–5+ years managing complex experiential programs—agency experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience working in pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing.
  • Skilled at juggling multiple programs with precision and grace under pressure.
  • Exceptional communication skills, from executive presentations to team updates.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and project management software.
