Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for business development and client relationships? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and excel in growing accounts within the aerospace sector? We are looking for a dynamic Client Partner to drive business expansion, foster customer trust, and spearhead innovative solutions for an esteemed industry leader.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead business development efforts, ensuring project delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and uncover new opportunities for growth.
  • Expand service offerings, drive portfolio growth, and increase revenue streams.
  • Engage in RFPs / RFIs, managing solution definition, financial constructs, and overall submission excellence.

What You Bring :

  • Proven experience managing mid to large-sized clients (Annual Revenue >

25M USD).

  • Expertise in handling complex customer organizations with a track record of exponential account growth.
  • Strong customer relationship management, particularly at the C-suite level , establishing deep trust and showcasing industry knowledge.
  • Ability to proactively identify business challenges and craft compelling solutions.
  • Experience navigating multi-stakeholder environments and working across multiple departments.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with a high-energy, results-driven approach.
  • Authorization to work in Canada.

Nice to Have :

  • Experience with SAP (ECC / S4 Hana) and an understanding of digital technologies (UI / UX, Data, Cloud, Automation, etc.).
  • Background in manufacturing or agro-industry .
  • Consulting, solutioning, and product-selling experience.
