Senior Account Executive

About the Role :

Prolifics is seeking a Senior Account Executive to lead and nurture client relationships, expand our market presence, and enhance the value of our solutions and services. This role is an individual contributor, quota-driven sales position responsible for developing and closing new business. The focus will be on meeting and exceeding quotas, building territory revenue, prospecting, and closing accounts by leveraging individual initiative and the support of marketing and technical teams.

Responsibilities :

  • Partner with Pre-Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Legal teams throughout the entire sales cycle.
  • Lead the sales process from initial opportunity creation to closing, including prospecting, discovery, presentation, forecasting, negotiation, and closing.
  • Research target accounts and develop prospecting campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the Technical Pre-Sales team to scope configurations based on prospect needs.
  • Manage opportunities within your portfolio, maintaining accurate forecasts and communication with management.
  • Provide solutions combining software and services for mid-market and large enterprise accounts.
  • Sell across the entire Prolifics solution portfolio (Cloud, Data and AI, DevOps, Digital Transformation, Quality Assurance).
  • Build and manage a pipeline of quality targets.
  • Develop a value proposition through effective probing and understanding of customer business models.
  • Stay updated on Prolifics offerings and industry best practices to position our technology effectively.

Requirements :

  • 5+ years of experience in solution selling within relevant verticals such as Retail, Banking and Finance, Healthcare, Insurance, SLED.
  • Proven success in managing large territories, demand generation, strategic planning, forecasting, quota attainment, and maintaining customer loyalty.
  • Strong sales acumen with experience in consultative selling.
  • Understanding of the sales process and cycle for technical solutions.
  • Track record of developing sales strategies and achieving revenue targets.
  • This semi-virtual position requires excellent time management, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
