What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement sound selling strategies to achieve budgeted sales goals
- Maintain and grow billable value in assigned accounts while preventing customer account losses
- Initiate and manage business-to-business sales relationships through effective prospecting
- Resolve customer service escalations and handle cancellation requests within the defined territory
- Collaborate with Plant Managers and Brokerage Account Managers to enhance profitability and meet plant goals

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or a High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of relevant work experience
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in direct business-to-business sales and cold calling
- Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with clients
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence customer decisions
- Proficient with computer and software applications
