Sales at Remote helps prospective and active customers experience our Global HR Platform. This is a pure hunting role, driving new business as a Senior Account Executive in our Global Sales team.

What you bring
  • Proven success in building key customer relationships to drive client outcomes and revenue growth
  • High integrity and strong work ethic
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and in a team
  • Excellent multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills
  • Deep knowledge of sales processes, including qualifying opportunities, initiating and closing deals
  • Ability to form deep senior-level relationships in customer organizations
  • Experience as an Account Executive or related SaaS sales experience preferred
  • Strong problem-solving and objection-resolution skills
  • Confidence in cold calling and pipeline development
  • Ability to build trust and act as an advisor
  • Sales forecasting skills to meet targets
  • Experience with CRM tools
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Understanding of our services and industry position
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Experience in HR industry is a plus; remote work experience is a bonus
Key Responsibilities
  • Create detailed 'Land' opportunities with notes and close dates
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of high-velocity opportunities
  • Present and communicate effectively with potential clients
  • Respond promptly to client questions and follow-ups
  • Collaborate with support departments to enhance client experience
  • Close sales efficiently and guide clients through the process
  • Support and coach team members on deal processes
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas, managing the full sales cycle
  • Identify new opportunities from prospecting to close
  • Design solutions tailored to different business sizes and needs
  • Generate leads through calls, networking, and events

Remote Compensation Philosophy

Remote offers fair, unbiased compensation and competitive benefits globally. Our salary ranges consider geographic pay differentials, with a base salary for this role between $186,650 and $262,500 USD. Actual pay depends on various factors, including location, skills, experience, and market conditions. The OTE (On-Target Earnings) details will be provided during the interview process.
