Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a 360 selling environment.
  • Experience in IT solutions, software sales, telecommunications, e-commerce, cloud applications, SaaS, POS.
  • Experience in an outbound sales environment.
  • Fluency in English required.

Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our hospitality sales team in Montreal. This role directly nurtures and activates leads generated by our Sales Development Reps and Marketing Campaigns, with the goal of maintaining and exceeding monthly revenue targets by building a strong pipeline of customers for Lightspeed.

What you’ll be doing
  • Have discovery conversations with potential prospects to properly position Lightspeed as their solution
  • Manage multiple sales cycles from initial conversations to activation
  • Leverage other lead opportunities when time permits to support your pipeline

  • Work on other sales/marketing campaigns designed to improve the customer experience and grow Lightspeed MRR
  • Contribute as part of the wider team to achieve organizational objectives, even if it means taking on tasks outside the strict scope of your role

What you need to bring
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a 360 selling environment
  • Experience in IT solutions, software sales, telecommunications, e-commerce, cloud applications, SaaS, POS, restaurant or technology
  • Experience in a retail environment is beneficial but not required
  • Experience in an outbound sales environment
  • As a global company with employees and clients outside of Quebec, fluency in English is required
