Canada Life is seeking an Account Executive in Vancouver to drive business development and growth within the National Accounts team. You will build strong partnerships with consultants, plan sponsors, and internal teams to win new business and strengthen client relations.
Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in group retirement savings, exceptional communication, and the ability to present complex retirement topics to stakeholders. This is a full-time role with market-competitive compensation.
Base + Comm
Within the National Accounts team, the Account Executive will be responsible for driving business development, growth, and retention with both consultant houses and our largest Group Retirement Services clients. The Account Executive will leverage their initiative, presentation, communication, and relationship building skills to foster strong partnerships with internal (GRS Leadership, Functional Groups, Sales Support and Field Staff) and external (Consultants, Plan Sponsors) stakeholders to drive new consultant business, increased in-force contributions and new client opportunities.
The base salary for this position is between $91,380 - $141,380 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
