Infosys Public Services is seeking a Senior Account Executive for the federal government. This position involves interfacing with key stakeholders, applying technical proficiency across the Software Development Life Cycle, and playing a crucial role in creating high-level design artifacts. The role also includes delivering high-quality code, leading validation and testing, and supporting activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty. Required Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be located within commuting distance in Ottawa, ON or willing to relocate.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer systems engineering, software engineering, business administration/CA/MBA, or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Relevant work experience can substitute for education.
  • At least 11 years of experience as a Senior Account Executive with the federal government.

Position Description:

We are seeking a Senior Account Executive with strong experience in the Canadian Federal Government for our Ottawa location. Travel may be required. The role involves building and cultivating relationships within existing accounts and selling new service offerings and solutions. The candidate will collaborate with industry talent to create innovative solutions, manage client relationships, and grow accounts, primarily within the federal public sector, including crown corporations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Client relationship management skills.
  • Business development experience, managing a portfolio up to $20M, and full opportunity cycle management.
  • Experience in client delivery assurance, account planning, and governance.
  • Strong sales relationship management and account management experience.
  • Proven ability to interact with CXO and senior management levels.
  • Experience with Federal Government proposals and presentations.
  • Leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with IT and business consulting engagements.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
