About the role:

We’re looking for a high-performing team player with experience in media relations and a strong understanding of social media marketing and influencer relations. You need to be well organized, efficient, and adaptable to work with a wide range of clients on media relations, events, and online campaigns. In this role, you will:

  • Show strong writing skills with documents that require little revision, including press releases and advisories.
  • Contribute to full plan development with support from the larger team.
  • Establish trust, credibility, and ownership among clients for tasks and specific projects.
  • Own multiple tasks for client execution.
  • Drive programs forward by identifying next steps proactively.
  • Lead the development of influencer recommendations and media lists.
  • Proven ability to secure media coverage through solid pitch techniques.
  • Lead influencer briefing calls with support from senior team members.
  • Develop initial relationships with key media in relevant industries.
  • Write first drafts of case studies with limited review and input from senior team members.
  • Oversee the management of the hard cost tracker.
About you:
  • 2-3 years of experience in public relations, social media management, or event management.
  • Experience in an agency setting is highly valued.
  • A degree in public relations, marketing communications, or similar.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple demands in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about trends and influencing them.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
