Your Responsibilities

You will play a crucial role in the establishment and overall management of long-standing client relationships with our banking, insurance, investment management, corporate, and supply chain clients. You will be part of our North American Commercial Team and report to the Americas Lead, Key Account Management based in Toronto Canada. In this role, you will :

  • Manage a portfolio of clients, including banks, insurance providers, asset managers, asset owners, and non-financial multinationals, among others
  • Proactively engage, nurture, and grow client relationships in line with the RepRisk Client Journey
  • Support RepRisk’s position as a leading data-as-a-service provider focused on ESG and business conduct risk and ensure client satisfaction and high client retention rate by maintaining the strong-quality service standards of RepRisk
  • Carry out a variety of operational and administrative activities in the lifecycle of a client relationship
  • Support business development opportunities working closely with Sales, Client Operations, Products, and Research

Qualifications

You Offer

  • 5+ years of experience working at a financial institution, i.e. wholesale banking, or selling financial / data solutions to financial institutions; strong understanding of banking industry and industry trends
  • Strong verbal and written communicationskills in English.
  • Team player with experience driving cross-functional cooperation and working in a global and fast-paced environment
  • Ability to think strategically and analytically about business and products
  • Advanced MS Office skills are essential, experience using Salesforce is a plus
  • Master’s degree and front-office experience preferred
