Position Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive with a strong technical background and proven experience in selling IT Professional Services. This role requires a deep understanding of complex IT projects and the ability to drive sales and build long-term relationships with clients across diverse industries. The ideal candidate will have a track record of success in identifying client needs, creating tailored solutions, and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Drive revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities for IT professional services and complex IT projects.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, business leaders, and IT stakeholders.
  • Understand and effectively communicate technical solutions, ensuring alignment with client business goals and objectives.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including technical delivery and solution architects, to develop customized proposals and project roadmaps.
  • Lead the sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and project implementation.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings to position Improving Inc. as a preferred partner.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Foster long-term client relationships that result in repeat business and referral opportunities.

Required Qualifications :

  • Proven experience (7+ years) in selling IT professional services or complex IT solutions, with a focus on large-scale enterprise projects.
  • Strong technical acumen, with the ability to understand and communicate complex IT solutions, including cloud infrastructure, software development, and systems integration.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and contributing to revenue growth.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and work collaboratively with internal and client teams.
  • Strong network of industry contacts and the ability to leverage those relationships to generate new business.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience working within IT consulting or professional services firms.
  • Familiarity with modern technology stacks such as AWS, Azure, cloud services, and DevOps.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
