What you’ll do

As a Senior Account Executive at Streamforge, you will be at the forefront of our growth engine—owning the full sales cycle but with a proven track record at being an exceptional deal closer. You’ll work closely with brands to understand their goals and demonstrate how our AI-native insights and activation tools can streamline their creator campaigns and drive measurable ROI.

Your day-to-day will span from pitching to CMOs and growth marketers to navigating complex sales cycles, managing objections, and closing deals that directly impact our bottom line. You’ll collaborate with our product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure client feedback is heard and acted on, shaping the evolution of our offering in real-time.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage new business opportunities through outbound outreach, referrals, events, and strategic prospecting.
  • Conduct consultative sales conversations with marketing leaders to assess needs, showcase product capabilities, and craft tailored solutions.
  • Manage your pipeline and forecast accurately using CRM tools (we use HubSpot).
  • Own the negotiation and closing process—drafting proposals, navigating procurement, and aligning with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and product to improve messaging and inform GTM strategy.
  • Represent Streamforge at industry events, conferences, and key brand activations.
  • Be a thought partner—bring market insights and competitor feedback to the team to influence roadmap and positioning.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years in a full-cycle sales role (AE or equivalent), ideally in B2B SaaS or marketing tech.
  • Proven ability to exceed quota in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • First or second sales hire in a fast-growing startup.
  • Experience selling to brand marketing or growth teams (especially in the consumer, gaming, or CPG space).
  • Strategic, articulate, and comfortable managing longer deal cycles and multiple stakeholders.
  • Understanding of influencer marketing and / or creator economy; bonus if familiar with the gaming ecosystem.
  • Strong communicator, relationship-builder, and team player.
  • Based in or willing to travel to Montreal periodically (our HQ) for team sessions and events.
