As Senior Account Executive, your responsibilities will include managing client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth across our Cartons & Labels, Packaging Services, and Pharmacy & Medication Adherence divisions. You’ll act as the primary communication link between clients and internal teams, ensuring exceptional service and strategic alignment.
More about your responsibilities:
·Client Growth & Strategy: Identify and drive integrated business opportunities across all divisions, maintaining a robust pipeline in our CRM (Salesforce).
·Solution Selling: Leverage product knowledge to proactively offer packaging solutions, coordinate orders, and support forecasting.
·Client Engagement: Prepare and lead quarterly business reviews and implement client-focused value-added tools.
·Proposal & Estimating: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop proposals and deliver exceptional service.
·Communication & Coordination: Ensure effective communication with internal teams and support graphic and inventory needs.
·Account Planning: Participate in account planning sessions and follow through on assigned action plans.
·Issue Resolution: Assist with customer complaints and corrective actions, ensuring client satisfaction.
·Market Development: Conduct market research and lead generation to pursue profitable new business in the printed packaging space.
What you’ll bring
·Degree or diploma in business, graphic communications, or packaging design preferred
·5+ years of account management and sales experience
·Proven track record in packaging, pharmaceutical, or healthcare-related industries
·Strong communication and relationship-building skills
·Experience with a CRM (Salesforce knowledge is considered an asset)
·Willingness to travel occasionally within Canada and the U.S.
