WHAT YOU'LL DO

Own the Sales Process:

  • Take charge of your own prospect list and craft winning strategies to connect with mobile equipment manufacturers.
  • Close exciting new opportunities generated by our Business Development and Marketing teams.
  • Collaborate with our Customer Success team to onboard and nurture new accounts.

Build Lasting Relationships:

  • Be the face of Aarcomm at trade shows, industry events, and customer visits (25-30% of travel overall).
  • Strengthen our brand and transform prospects into loyal customers through active networking and social media engagement.

Collaborate & Convert:

  • Provide feedback to the Marketing team on the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Work cross-functionally with other teams to drive the customer journey forward.

Manage CRM & Report:

  • Keep our CRM system (Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo) accurate and up to date to support our sales efforts.

Be a Product Expert:

  • Stay current on our products and confidently present technical solutions to customers.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Sales, or Engineering Technology, or equivalent hands-on experience managing accounts in the mobile equipment, electronics, or remote-control technology sectors.
  • 5+ years of experience as an account executive or in outside sales with a demonstrated history of winning new customers.
  • Exceptional communication skills across phone, email, and social media.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, social media platforms, and CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo).
  • Growth mindset with a passion for sales, marketing, and customer service.
  • A true self-starter with a growth mindset and a passion for building lasting relationships with key stakeholders across OEM partner ecosystems.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience or interest in mobile construction equipment, hydraulic components, or electrical engineering technology.
  • Previous sales experience with a remote-control manufacturer or fluid power distributor.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Apollo or similar software tools.
