Title : Senior Account Associate - Commercial Lines

Book Focus : Contractors, Construction, General

Location : Remote (Eastern and Central Time Zones Only) | Supporting: Kissimmee, FL | Note: Individuals within 50 miles of a branch may be required to work onsite occasionally.

About the Role : Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team, ensuring quality standards and compliance. Manage small to moderately complex accounts independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in directing daily activities of support staff.
  • Track policy expirations and ensure timely renewals.
  • Handle policy endorsements, audits, cancellations, and related tasks.
  • Support new and renewal business processes, including client research, underwriting, proposals, and binding.
