Job summary

Blue Cross NC is seeking a Senior Insights Analyst to provide advanced analytical support for ACA risk adjustment, including data collection, model implementation, trending, validation, reporting, and financial reconciliation.

The role partners with Actuarial, regulatory submission, and operations, driving improvements in controls, automation, and recurring processes while delivering actionable business insights to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree required or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of related experience; in lieu of degree, 7+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced analytical support for ACA risk adjustment, including RAF validation, regulatory analytics, and financial reconciliation.
• Develop, validate, and interpret complex data for internal and external customers.
• Produce and document reports, and ensure outputs are accurate and delivered on deadlines.
• Identify discrepancies across data sources and coordinate resolution with stakeholders.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to cross-training and process improvements.
