Hays Specialist Recruitment has partnered with a health authority located in Vancouver (Sinclair). We are looking to hire a Senior Coordinator, Ability Management to join their team on a 3-month contract, which has the possibility of extension.

Your new role

  • Extensive experience in the role of Ability Management Specialist, Advisor, or Coordinator
  • Supporting the Director, HR Advisory Services, under the guidance of the Program Lead, Ability Management
  • Support with claim intake and case management of STD, LTD, and WSBC cases
  • RTW planning and support with HRBPs and managers
  • Reviewing medically-related accommodation requests (ergonomics, remote work, etc.)
  • Partnering with HR Business Partners and OHS team members

What you will need to succeed:

  • Experience in Ability Management, case management, WSBC, STD/LTD, HRIS (PeopleSoft, WHDB)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office
