Job summary

Paladin Security is hiring for a Full-Time Mobile Guard at Seneca Polytechnic, Newnham Campus in Toronto. You will patrol multiple sites, respond to incidents, and support diverse campus safety operations.

The role requires First Aid, CPR Level C, a valid G-class license, clean abstract, and UOF/MOAB certifications or enrollment. You will work across shifts with opportunities for training and career progression.

Qualifications

• Standard First Aid and CPR Level C are required from a WSIB-approved provider.
• Strong communication skills and a professional attitude.
• Previous mobile/security driving experience is an asset.
• Flexibility and knowledge of GTA roadways.
• G-class license with clean abstract.
• Professional, adaptable attitude.
• Must not be a current Seneca student at Newnham Campus.
• Legally authorized to work in Canada.
• Certifications in Use of Force (UOF) and MOAB required or program available pre-onboarding.
• UOF/MOAB training is not paid but covered by Paladin with a 6-month commitment.

Responsibilities

• Mobile patrols across campuses, parking lots, and off-site facilities.
• Conduct safety audits, unlock/lockup, and site-specific support.
• Assist in coordinating emergency provider escorts to campus locations.
• Campus to campus deliveries.
• Patrol satellite campus buildings using verification technology.
• Demonstrate strong independent work and organizational skills.
• Incident and maintenance reporting.
• Driving and vehicle care responsibilities.
• Assist the public with general vehicle maintenance (change tire, boost batteries).

• Applicants lacking these certifications can opt into Paladin's UoF/MOAB certification program prior to their onboarding training
• Please be aware: The UoF/MOAB certification is not paid as it is a pre-requisite; however, Paladin will cover all of the costs of the training with a 6-month commitment to the position/availability
