Job description

Join the growing team as a full-time Semiconductor - Hardware Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and troubleshooting hardware systems for the semiconductor industry. The position is based in the Woodlands Region, offering a flexible work environment and competitive company benefits.

What you'll be doing

  • Perform product setups for testers, probers, handlers, etc.
  • Troubleshoot and minimize machine downtime
  • Conduct maintenance, calibrations, and setup conversions
  • Coordinate with teams for equipment installation/buyoff
  • Update hardware & equipment status promptly
  • Preventive maintenance on equipment and hardware
  • Assist in probe card/machine issue resolution

What we're looking for

  • Diploma/Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing
  • Strong understanding of digital and analog circuit design, embedded systems, and microcontroller programming
  • Proficient in using CAD software, schematic capture, and PCB design tools
  • Hands-on experience in hardware debugging, testing, and troubleshooting
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
