Summary

As the Selling Manager at Vaughan Mills, you will play a crucial role in the Store Management team, executing strategic plans to drive profitability. You will champion innovative selling tools and manage daily business objectives by assigning tasks and priorities to the sales associate team.

Responsibilities

  • Support Store Management in analyzing business trends and executing business initiatives.
  • Communicate sales and profit performance tools to the store team.
  • Ensure a consistent customer experience aligned with RL brand expectations.
  • Conduct community outreach to support store client development strategy.
  • Participate in recruitment and interview processes to build a customer-focused team.
  • Engage in talent development conversations and provide feedback to the store team.
  • Support team training initiatives and provide feedback on team and product opportunities.
  • Maintain productivity standards and support inventory control and operational management.

Requirements

  • College Degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Retail Management experience in a high-volume or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
  • Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel.
  • Ability to maneuver around the sales floor and handle physical tasks.
  • Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and possible overnight shifts.
  • Proven track record of building positive relationships with customers and co-workers.
  • Strong business acumen and planning skills.
