About the role: Self Checkout Attendant

As a Self Checkout Attendant, you’ll ensure the checkout area stays clean, organized, and fully operational. You’ll support customers by educating them on self-service systems, promoting programs like credit cards or protection plans, and handling interventions when needed.

This position also involves monitoring customer activity for support needs, responding to alarms, and resolving small technical issues—like calling for cash replenishment or fixing Scan & Go equipment. Your presence helps customers feel confident while shopping and using Walmart’s digital checkout tools.
