Main Responsibilities
  1. Safely and accurately select customer orders. Build and wrap pallets to meet weekly standards for productivity and accuracy.
  2. Perform pre-shift equipment checks and operate electric pallet jacks safely.
  3. Move products from racks to pallets as directed by order selecting software and equipment.
  4. Validate correct product selection and ensure items are damage-free.
  5. Deliver products to the correct dock area and shrink-wrap palletized orders.
  6. Assist in clearing aisles of debris, stacking empty pallets, and returning pallet jacks to charging areas.
Physical Requirements
  • Work comfortably in environments ranging from -5°F to over 100°F.
  • Lift, carry, push, or pull 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repeatedly; moving over 1,000 cases per shift.
Qualifications
  • Must be able to read and communicate in English for training, safety, and reporting purposes.
  • Able to work 8+ hour night shifts, typically Sunday–Thursday, with possible weekend and holiday shifts.
  • Recent experience in high-endurance or physically demanding roles preferred.
  • Experience with large-scale order picking and operating motorized pallet jacks preferred.
