King Animal Hospital, a newly constructed Equine and Small Animal Referral and Emergency Hospital, is seeking passionate and experienced Registered Veterinary Technicians to join our Small Animal Emergency Department or Critical Care ICU.
Our hospital is a 60,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art facility located on 50 acres in King City, Ontario, and offers specialty referral, rehabilitation, and emergency services.
Responsibilities
As a practitioner, reporting to the ER Supervisor you will be able to provide excellent patient care through the support of a multi-disciplinary team including three Criticalists, ER DVMS, experienced RVTs and ACAs, and specialty doctors including Cardiology, Oncology, Neurology, Anesthesia, Surgery, Internal Medicine, Dermatologists, Ophthalmologist and, Rehabilitation.
Responsibilities include :
Providing exceptional nursing care and support to hospitalized patients, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and performing treatments.

The successful candidate will be an excellent team player, have a passion for animal care, and have the desire to work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
You will ideally have a minimum of at least two years in Referral or Emergency Services. We will invest in training for special candidates with less experience so please do apply!
You will be responsible for providing exceptional care to small animal patients, assisting with surgeries and procedures, administering medications, and performing diagnostic tests. You will work alongside a team of board-certified specialists and experienced veterinarians, utilizing advanced diagnostic equipment to diagnose and treat complex medical cases.
