Are you passionate about sharing the art of ballet with the next generation of dancers? Ajax Dance Company is looking for a dedicated Ballet Instructor to join our faculty for the upcoming 2025-2026 dance season!

Position Details:
Start Date: September 2025
Location: 11-400 Monarch Ave, Ajax, ON
Ideally available Tuesday and Fridays
Age Groups: Ages 7+ (recreational, competitive & exam-based programs)

We’re looking for someone who:

Has previous experience teaching ballet to children and teens

Is familiar with or certified in RAD (Royal Academy of Dance) or equivalent ballet syllabus

Can prepare students for recital and/or ballet exams

Brings a positive, supportive, and professional approach to the studio

Works well with other faculty members and communicates effectively with parents

Bonus Points If You:

Are RAD certified

Have experience choreographing for recitals.
