Seeking amazing Instructor for Sunday morning dance classes!

Danforth Dance Arts is a Children’s Dance Studio located in the heart of Toronto’s Riverdale neighbourhood. We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Children’s Dance Instructor for a specific Sunday 8:30am-12pm shift that will run from January 4th – June 21st, 2025.

The successful candidate should have the following experience and qualifications:

1. Must possess a current dance teaching certification and/or be highly experienced teaching their dance discipline.
2. Ideally have experience teaching and developing very young dancers (from 3-6 years of age).
3. Excellent musicality and feel comfortable singing songs to children in a dance class setting.
4. Must be a true team player, reliable, driven, inclusive and self-motivated.
5. Candidate will be eager to accept feedback and willing to continue their own professional development.
6. Candidates must be extremely friendly, outgoing, positive and enjoy working with very young children. Are you a kid-magnet? That is what we are looking for!
