Head Chef – Il Corvo, Restaurant North Shore
Il Corvo is a new Italian Restaurant opening on the North Shore in 2025 — a warm, welcoming Italian restaurant focused on handmade pasta, seasonal ingredients, and simple food done exceptionally well. We’re looking for a dedicated and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen and help bring this new neighbourhood dining room to life.
As Head Chef, you’ll work closely with ownership to build and guide a talented culinary team, oversee daily kitchen operations, and craft menus that reflect both seasonality and tradition. You’ll be responsible for maintaining a high standard of execution, mentoring cooks, and helping to create a thoughtful, inclusive kitchen culture. This role combines creative menu development, hands-on training, and team mentorship while ensuring financial and operational targets are met.
