Job summary

Bosch Building Technologies North America is seeking a Technician I - Security to install, configure and maintain CCTV and alarm systems at client sites. You will review installation blueprints, follow BOMs, and adjust plans to meet client needs with emphasis on safety and quality.

The role requires strong hands-on installation skills, customer communication, and the ability to lead site activities. On-call and night shifts may be required based on project needs.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a technical role within integrated security.
• Proficiency in cable pulling, installation and basic troubleshooting.
• Experience with CCTV and alarms.
• Excellent communication with customers and team members.
• Valid driver's license with a clean abstract.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain CCTV and alarm systems.
• Perform cable pulling, termination, and routing.
• Provide customer training and respond to inquiries.
• Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning equipment.
• Complete detailed paperwork and design system layouts.
• Lead projects at site level and manage junior technicians.
