Job description

Commissionaires BC is currently looking for a Security Supervisor to work at one of our sites in Surrey.

Position days and hours :

• Monday to Friday, 0700 - 1500

Pay rate :
24.25 / hr

Some of your responsibilities include :

• Monitor / manage the fixed entry points on the site.
• Identify any information concerning security deficiencies and report them.
• Access control.
• Use of electronic equipment.
• Submit reports, timesheets, and staff evaluations as per deadlines.
• Oversee training and scheduling of Commissionaires.
• Lead through empowerment, and monitor staff morale, discipline, and progress.
• Ensure the team maintains a professional standard of conduct, dress, and deportment.
• Maintain up-to-date Post Orders and Site Safety, Risk, and Quality Assurance assessments.
• Liaise with the client to ensure their instructions are carried out as per written policy.
• Contact management in situations not covered by Post Orders.

Your Must-Haves …

• Valid BC Security Licence
• Have resided in Canada for a minimum of 5 years for clearance purposes
