Security Supervisor - Healthcare - Tactical

• Continental rotation (days & nights) 0700-1900 / 1900-0700

1. Organise and adjust scheduling, excel sheets
2. Inspections and audits
3. Emergency response
4. Coordinating response and delegation of responsibilities
5. Contact with client and customer service
6. De-escalation and appropriate response
7. Use of force
8. Educating guards
9. Preparing reports for management
10. Report writing and inspection
11. Patrolling

1. Valid Ontario Security Guard license
2. Current CPR-C standard certificate as issued by a WSIB-recognized provider
3. 1-year tactical guard experience
4. Work or volunteer experience within the vulnerable sector (patient care, disadvantaged groups, mental health, and drug addiction)
5. Ability to meet healthcare immunization requirements
6. Legally eligible to work in Canada
7. Available and willing to work continental, rotating shifts, including weekends
