Securitas Canada is seeking professional and reliable Security Guards for a temporary corporate event in Downtown Toronto from Nov 2–6, 2026. Day and afternoon shifts available, no nights. Pay is $22.00 per hour.

Positions involve monitoring, access control, incident reporting, and assisting attendees to ensure safety. Requires Ontario Security Guard Licence and First Aid/CPR. Government clearance may be needed for some sites; training and uniforms are provided.

Qualifications

• Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence and First Aid/CPR Certificate.
• 6 months to 1 year of security supervision experience, preferably for high profile events.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
• Strong observation and attention to detail.
• Ability to complete written reports accurately.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Previous security experience is required.
• Sites with government contracts may require reliability clearance.
• Be able to work both early morning shifts and afternoon shifts; no night shifts.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a visible security presence.
• Contact emergency services when required.
• Perform other security-related duties as assigned.

Securitas Canada is looking for professional and reliable Security Guards to join our team for a temporary corporate event from Nov 2-6, 2026, in Downtown Toronto. This is a HIGH-level global event, and we require professional security supervisors to manage security operations. We are looking for day and afternoon supervisors. There are no night shifts.

This posting is for multiple vacancies on a temporary basis.

What You Will Do

Pay rate is $22.00 per hour.
