  • Schedule and oversee all Security activities, assigning tasks at each shift's start.
  • Inspect officers for appearance and equipment, correcting deficiencies.
  • Supervise and instruct shift officers as needed.
  • Brief the relieving Supervisor on incidents during the shift.
  • Conduct on-the-job training for new officers.
  • Ensure adherence to schedules and work standards.
  • Arrange shift coverage when officers call in.
  • Serve as Incident Commander under the Emergency Response Plan until relieved.
  • Present a professional demeanor at all times.
  • Provide friendly, courteous service to guests, staff, and colleagues.
  • Plan and supervise security activities as directed by management.
  • Review and follow up on incident reports.
  • Develop subordinate officers through coaching and evaluations.
  • Maintain understanding of company policies, procedures, gaming regulations, and relevant statutes.
  • Perform related duties as needed.
