Job summary

Allied Universal in North York, ON, is seeking an experienced Corporate Security Site Supervisor to oversee security operations at a high-profile facility. You will lead a team, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure a safe environment for employees and visitors.

The role requires a valid Ontario Security Guard Licence, prior supervisory experience, and excellent communication. A background check is required, with a 40-hour work week and a 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Security Supervisor or Team Lead in a corporate or commercial environment.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; report writing is an asset.
• Must be eligible to work in Canada and pass a comprehensive background check.
• First Aid and CPR certification.
• Must be able to work in Canada up to 40 hours a week.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Physically fit: able to stand/walk long periods, climb stairs, and lift up to 20 kg.

• Act as the primary point of contact between the client and security team, fostering strong professional relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, and stakeholders.
• Conduct regular site inspections and security audits to ensure compliance with operational and safety requirements.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents, emergencies, and escalated situations in a professional and timely manner.
• Prepare incident reports, daily activity reports, and other required documentation.
• Assist with scheduling, training, coaching, and performance management of security personnel.
• Ensure all security staff maintain a professional appearance and uphold company standards.
