Allied Universal is seeking a Security Professional - Site Supervisor - Corporate to oversee security operations at a high-profile corporate facility in North York, Ontario.

The role requires strong leadership, client liaison, and a commitment to safety, with a Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM schedule and a pay-rate of $20.70 per hour.

Qualifications

• Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence is required.
• Experience as a Security Supervisor in a corporate or commercial setting.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to liaise with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and report writing is an asset.
• Professionalism, integrity and customer service orientation.
• Eligible to work in Canada and pass a background check.
• First Aid and CPR certification is required.
• Eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours per week.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Physically fit to stand/walk, climb stairs and lift up to 20 kg.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of security professionals, ensuring adherence to site policies, procedures, and performance standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the client and security team, fostering strong professional relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, and stakeholders.
• Conduct regular site inspections and security audits to ensure compliance with operational and safety requirements.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents, emergencies, and escalated situations in a professional and timely manner.
• Prepare incident reports, daily activity reports, and other required documentation.
• Assist with scheduling, training, coaching, and performance management of security personnel.
• Ensure all security staff maintain a professional appearance and uphold company standards.

Requirements:

• Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence.
• Previous experience in a Security Superviso role within a corporate or commercial environment.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and report writing is considered an asset.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service orientation.
• Must be eligible to work in Canada and pass a comprehensive background check.
• Standard/Emergency First Aid and CPR certification.
• Must be eligible to work in Canada up to 40hours a week.
