• Position: Security Shift Supervisor
• Site: Forensic Services and Coroner's Complex
• Location: North York
• Status: Full-Time
• Pay Rate: $21.63/hr
• Site Description: A state-of-the-art facility replacing the 35-year-old complex near Yonge and College, supporting advanced forensic investigations and serving as the headquarters for Ontario forensic services.
• Responsibilities include:
• Responding to incoming calls and delegating tasks
• Overseeing 3-8 security guards per shift
• Responding to emergencies and coordinating personnel
• Reviewing incident reports and conducting inspections
• Training staff and ensuring policy adherence
• Managing daily reports and site security policies
• Interacting with employees, visitors, and clients to ensure safety
• Leading and motivating security personnel

Prerequisites

• Valid WSIB-approved Standard Level First Aid and CPR Level C
• Minimum 2 years security or relevant experience
• Police Foundations Diploma (asset)
