Duties

The key responsibilities include:

  1. Planning, organizing, and conducting interviews to gather evidence, validate reliability and suitability, determine loyalty, and resolve concerns discovered in documentation or investigations.
  2. Conducting consultative interviews with references to verify identity, gather application-related information, and validate data.
Work Environment

Work will be on an as-needed basis with no guaranteed hours, in partnership with Atlantic Region Departmental Security, including remote work and occasional on-site training.

Intent of the Process

This is an anticipatory staffing process for future casual opportunities in the Atlantic Region Departmental Security Section. Casual employment is temporary, up to 90 days per year, with shifts as required. Applicants should be able to commute to the designated locations.

  • Availability for overtime and work in a police environment.
