Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Professional for an industrial site in Esterhazy, Saskatchewan. This casual, hourly role pays $27 per hour with various shifts across the week.

You will manage access control, monitor CCTV, perform report writing, and respond to emergencies as part of a professional security team. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, Saskatchewan security guard training, a valid Class 5 driver’s license, and the ability to work 30+ hours weekly, including on-call

Qualifications

• Familiarity with access control systems and alarm monitoring.
• Experience with report writing and note-taking.
• Knowledge of CCTV monitoring systems.
• Must have SK security guard training certificate or willing to obtain.
• Must be eligible to work in Canada over 30 hours per week.
• First Aid and CPR
• Must have a valid Saskatchewan Class 5 driver's license.

• Present a polished, professional, customer-friendly image
• Ensure that the facility’s safety procedures are followed in emergencies
• Undertake site-specific training and follow direction from supervision
• Demonstrate good judgment and decision-making in emergencies
• Meticulous record keeping and report writing with clear communication
• Operate/monitor security room equipment and site training
• Vehicle gate and console duties

Pay Rate: $27 per hour

Shifts: Various Shifts; Monday through Sunday

Overview:

Allied Universal is seeking an experienced Security Guard to oversee security operations at our Esterhazy, Saskatchewan location.

Requirement:

• Familiarity with access control systems and alarm monitoring.
• Experience with report writing and note-taking.
• Knowledge of CCTV monitoring systems.
• Valid SK security guard training certificate or willing to obtain.
• The companywill provide the security guard training if needed.
• Must be eligible to work in Canada over 30hours per week.
• First Aid and CPR
• Must be at least 25 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent/GED, or equivalent work experience
• Must be available to work on-call shifts.
• Must have access to a reliable vehicle.
• Must be able to pass adrug test as a condition of employment.
• Must be apermanent resident or Canadian Citizen.
• Must have a validSaskatchewan Class5 fullDriver’s License

Specific Duties Performed and Essential Functions:

• Access control for the facility/area
• Present a polished, professional, customer-friendly image at all times
• Ensure that the facility’s safety and emergency procedures are followed in response to fire alarms and other site Emergencies
• Undertake site-specific training, follow direction and guidance from theSite Supervisor or Manager
• Demonstrate goodjudgment, common sense and decision‑making ability, particularly when required to take charge and direct others in emergencies or other incidents
• Meticulous record keeping, report writing, observation skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Operate/monitor security room equipment, Completion of site‑required training
• Vehicle Gate and Console duties
