Allied Universal is seeking a Security Professional - Corporate Site - Part-Time in Mississauga, ON. This role focuses on maintaining a safe environment, with duties such as site surveillance, access control, and incident reporting.

Ideal candidates have prior corporate security experience, strong customer service and communication skills, basic computer literacy, and availability for the 11PM–11AM Friday and Saturday overnight shifts as the only guard on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months experience working in corporate site.
• Great customer service, good communication, and basic computer skills.
• Valid Ontario Security License.
• Available to work the required shift.
• Willing to work as the only guard on site.
• At least 18 years old for insurance purposes.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours a week.
• First Aid and CPR.

Responsibilities

• Site Surveillance & Patrol: regular patrols to ensure security of the premises.
• Visibility & Coverage: maintain high visibility at posts and secure areas.
• Access Control: verify IDs, log visitors, and secure gates/doors.
• Communication: radio updates with other security personnel and report incidents.
• Emergency Response: respond to emergencies and contact services as needed.
• Incident Documentation: maintain logs and handover notes for shifts.
• Site & Asset Protection: prevent theft and protect site materials and equipment.
• Compliance with Safety Procedures: follow PPE and safety policies.
• General Security Duties: address security risks and safety concerns.

This position involves providing security with a focus on maintaining a safe and secure environment for all personnel and assets. This role requires individuals who haveprior experience working in corporate environment withgreat customer service, good communication, basic computer skills, and willing to work as the only guard on site. Responsibilities :

• Site Surveillance & Patrol:Perform regular patrols of the site and surrounding areas to ensure the security of the premises. Monitor all entry points for unauthorized access.
• Visibility & Coverage:Maintain high visibility at the designated posts. Ensure security coverage near sensitive areas within the site.
• Access Control:Enforce site access protocols by verifying the identification of authorized personnel, logging visitor entry and exit, and ensuring that gates and doors remain securely locked when not in use.

• Site & Asset Protection:Prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access to site materials and equipment. Ensure all property is secured at all times.
• Compliance with Safety Procedures:Ensure adherence to all safety policies and procedures on-site, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) by all personnel.
• General Security Duties:Ensure the overall safety and security of the site and surrounding areas by addressing any security risks or safety concerns that arise during the shift.

Requirements:
