Job Description

Title: Security Professional

Location: Prince Albert, SK

Payrate: $18.00 per hour.

Schedule: Monday-Sunday

Shift times: Various

Overview:

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Professional to oversee security operations at our Prince Albert, SKsite. If you have experience as a security professional, enjoy patrolling, is swift in computers and can maintain a high level of professionalism, we'd like to hear from you.

Requirement:

• Valid Saskatchewan security guard license.
• Display exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Have intermediate computer skills to operate innovative, wireless technology at client specific sites
• Experience with report writing and note-taking.
• Valid Driver’s License and own vehicle
• Must be eligible to work in Canada.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, occasionally climb stairs, and lift or carry up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct foot patrols of buildings and surrounding areas.
• Monitor and report suspicious activities and persons.
• Prevent and detect thefts or vandalism.
• Write detailed incident reports and maintain daily logs.
• Enforce rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Resolve conflicts calmly and effectively.
• Use radios and cell phones to communicate with team members.
• Follow emergency procedures and respond to alarms.
• Ensure safety and security protocols are upheld.
